VP Commercial - Riyadh

As Senior Vice President of Commercial, you will drive the company’s commercial strategy, including client relationships, market expansion, and revenue growth. This role is critical to positioning the firm as a leader in aviation leasing in the region, securing new business, and maximizing fleet utilization. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead the development and execution of commercial strategy to expand market presence and drive revenue growth. 

• Build and manage relationships with airlines, lessors, and industry partners to identify leasing opportunities and secure new clients. 

• Lead commercial negotiations on lease terms, asset placements, re-marketing strategies, and portfolio optimization. 

• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify and pursue profitable opportunities. 

• Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Legal, Technical) to structure commercially viable lease transactions. 

• Develop innovative pricing and leasing models to support financial and strategic goals. 

• Represent the firm at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence and industry networks. 

Qualifications: 

• 10+ years of commercial experience in aviation leasing, with a proven track record of successful deal-making and relationship management. 

• Strong understanding of aviation leasing market dynamics, pricing models, and client needs. 

• Excellent negotiation, networking, and leadership skills, with a focus on revenue generation and strategic growth.
