An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Commercial Lines Account Handler to join a growing insurance brokerage firm based in West Dublin. The successful candidate will have at least two years’ experience in personal lines insurance and be looking to transition into commercial insurance.

Supporting the Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager, the role will involve handling a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Handling a portfolio of commercial insurance clients
• Answering customer queries and dealing with mid-term adjustments.
• Liaising directly with underwriters on policy renewals and new business inquiries.
• Preparing and submitting insurance proposals.
• Assisting with claims handling.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, have excellent communication skills and be a team player. They will also be motivated and ambitious and looking to build a career in commercial insurance.  CIP or APA qualified at a minimum. 

Salary: €27k - €32k + bonus of 20% plus benefits and excellent career growth.
