About the Role
An established provider in the residential technology & smart homes solutions space is looking for an experienced and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join their team on a temporary maternity cover basis. This role is essential for driving the company's online acquisition strategy, managing digital campaigns across multiple channels, optimising media spend and delivering high-quality leads. You will play a key role in scaling performance marketing efforts, analysing outcomes and adjusting strategies to achieve growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy and Management: Develop, execute, and refine multi-channel performance marketing campaigns (PPC, paid social, display, partner channels) to drive online traffic, conversions and lead generation.
- Budget Management: Monitor and optimise media spend across platforms, ensuring cost efficiency and maximising ROI to meet performance objectives.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Track KPIs, analyse campaign data and provide actionable insights to inform future strategy.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, creative, and product teams to align messaging, improve the customer journey and achieve overall business goals.
- Audience Targeting and Segmentation: Utilise audience data to refine targeting strategies, enhance ad personalisation and improve conversion rates.
- A/B Testing and Optimisation: Conduct ongoing experiments to optimise ad copy, creative assets and landing pages.
- Agency Management: Collaborate closely with the in-house media buying team to meet targets and optimise plans daily.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present weekly and monthly performance updates to key stakeholders.
- Lead Acquisition Support: Work with other team members to enhance lead acquisition strategies across brand and website platforms.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in performance marketing with a proven track record in managing and scaling digital campaigns.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager and Excel; strong attention to detail and data-driven approach.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative Insight: Experienced in collaborating with creative teams, with an eye for engaging ad copy and optimised landing pages.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, capable of presenting data insights clearly and persuasively.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field preferred.
