Our client a growing FMCG company are looking for an ambitious HRBP to join their team.  Reporting to the senior HR Manager you will be part of a high performing, supportive and collaborative HR team. This role will support the HR team and the wider business. As HR Business Partner you will provide comprehensive HR support, partnering with the business and the HR team to build and implement HR solutions in line with business and HR strategy.  This role will require you to work cross functionally in a fast-moving environment.
Role and Responsibilities

  • Effectively support the business in dealing with operational people issues, such as recruitment, attendance and health management, grievance, disciplinary and capability investigations, and hearings.
  • Support with the management of Employee Relations issues and coach people managers from a case management perspective.
  • Provide the Senior HR Manager and Human Resource Director with efficient, timely and accurate information to enable both forward planning and measurement of staffing-related activities.
  • Working as a strategic business partner with other department managers and supervisors to ensure HR talent management goals and objectives are achieved.
  • Support with development and communication of Company Policies and ensuring the company handbook is kept up to date.
  • Build good working relationship with Union and support in negotiations as required.
Skills and Experience
  • 5 years' experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role preferably in a FMCG Environment.
  • Possess a degree/advanced qualification in Human Resources, Business Studies or related discipline.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or above
  • The ideal candidate will ideally have worked in a HR Generalist role.
  • Must have highly excellent HR administration and people management skills.
  • Possess the ability to drive positive engagement from a diverse and widespread workforce.
