Manager, Change Management

The Change Manager will report to the Head of, Transformation and Change Management and will be responsible for designing and executing a thoughtful change management strategy for assigned projects. This manager will be dedicated to top company initiatives (restructurings, tech rollouts, process changes, etc) responsible for the change management activities on various projects that drive our growth ambitions.

The manager will serve as a trusted advisor to VPs and SVPs according to their assignment, promoting leadership principles and effective communication approaches. This team member will contribute to our internal Transformation Office, acting as a change agent to implement and manage best practices and methodology across our organization.

Role and Responsibilities

• This candidate will be responsible for partnering with project managers, assessing the impact of change to stakeholders, scheduling change activities, and managing the communication on behalf of the project
• Oversight of organizational Change Management activities L Change analysis, Change management plan, strategy and solution development, Change impact management/risk analysis, Measure adoption, usage and proficiency of initiatives etc.
• Create a communication strategy that creates the framework for communication within the organization, as well as create a detailed communication plan to execute this strategy

Skills and Experience

• 7+ years of experience designing and executing change management plans
• Great executive presence
• Significant knowledge of project communication planning with a solid track record of practical application
• Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
• Experience working with senior leaders on major change initiatives with significant visibility
• Experience defining and executing adoption measurement strategy
• Change Management certification is preferred
