Manager, Change Management
The Change Manager will report to the Head of, Transformation and Change Management and will be responsible for designing and executing a thoughtful change management strategy for assigned projects. This manager will be dedicated to top company initiatives (restructurings, tech rollouts, process changes, etc) responsible for the change management activities on various projects that drive our growth ambitions.
The manager will serve as a trusted advisor to VPs and SVPs according to their assignment, promoting leadership principles and effective communication approaches. This team member will contribute to our internal Transformation Office, acting as a change agent to implement and manage best practices and methodology across our organization.
