We are looking for a Corporate Finance Manager to join an Investment Bank.
This role involves advising clients on complex financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, financial restructuring, and strategic planning.
You will be responsible for producing financial analysis, developing valuation models, managing deal processes, and delivering high-quality advice to clients.
Role and Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth financial analysis and due diligence for corporate actions
Build and review valuation models
Assist in structuring deals, negotiating terms, and preparing detailed presentations
Support clients throughout the M&A process,
Prepare and execute strategies for equity, debt, and hybrid financing.
Prepare pitch books, offering memoranda, and investor presentations to support fundraising efforts.
Advise clients on financial restructuring, debt refinancing, and optimizing capital structures to support long-term growth.
Conduct industry research and market analysis to identify trends and assess their impact on client strategy.
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
Manage the entire lifecycle of corporate finance transactions
Oversee due diligence processes
Conduct ongoing research to provide clients with relevant insights.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
Newly Qualified Accountant or CFA qualification
Ideally you will be proficient in financial modeling and understand valuation techniques / complex financial analysis; knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
