Our client is seeking a skilled FP&A Analyst to join their expanding Finance Team in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for a finance professional looking to advance their career in a dynamic environment within a global company experiencing significant growth.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Oversee business planning and collaborate with teams to develop long-term financial strategies and annual budgets.
• Analyse scenarios and provide clear variance analysis to understand financial impacts and ensure accuracy.
• Develop and present key performance indicators (KPIs) with actionable insights for senior management.
• Support decision-making by creating financial models and conducting market and competitor analysis.
• Foster strong cross-team relationships to ensure smooth data flow and effective collaboration.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Advanced financial modelling skills with a strong analytical mindset.
• Experience in FP&A or decision support roles.
• Detail orientated with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information with a variety of stakeholders.
