Our client is a well-known Employee Benefits provider and part of a Global FS Group.  They are looking for an experienced pensions consultant to join the team offering best in class service to their corporate clients.
 
The Job:

• Building strong relationships with a portfolio of corporate clients, becoming their trusted advisor on all things pensions.
• Ensuring smooth operations for your clients by keeping their pension schemes compliant and efficient.
• Fielding questions and concerns from various stakeholders, from company executives to individual scheme members.
• Guiding clients through the process of designing, restructuring, and implementing changes to their pension schemes.
• Championing employee engagement by developing and running informative retirement programs.
• Leading a team of experts in delivering exceptional service to all our clients.

• Has at least 2 years of experience as a Pension Consultant or similar role.
• Has a proven track record of managing clients and portfolios effectively.
• Is a master organizer who thrives on taking initiative.
• Has a keen eye for detail and excels at both written and verbal communication.
• Functions seamlessly as a team player while also demonstrating strong leadership potential.
• Possesses a solid understanding of Irish pension legislation and regulations.
• Holds relevant qualifications like QFA or IIPM.

• Full time permanent job based in South Dublin (hybrid 50/50).
• Salary €60k - €65k base plus bonus and full suite of benefits.
