Fortis Recruitment is urgently seeking a Financial Accountant on behalf of our client. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, this role offers valuable experience with opportunities to grow alongside the expanding business.

This diverse and dynamic role is ideal for a qualified accountant with robust financial and analytical skills, accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation and review of monthly financial reports including consolidation of accounts
• Support strategic growth initiatives
• Manage regulatory filings, compliance, payroll and assist with year-end audits
• Identify and implement process improvements including and system integration project
• Analyse financial data to provide insights on profitability and collaborate on performance reporting
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes

Skills and Qualifications:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA) with 2-5 years PQE
• Excellent MS Excel experience
• Well organised, detail orientated with self-starter attitude
• Strong communicator, with an ability to work with a variety of different stakeholders
• Commercially minded

The Offer:

• €65,000 - €75,000 Depending on Experience
